  1. Q. What does "FAQ" mean?
    A. Frequently Asked Questions.
     
  2. Q. How much does it cost for a listing in the database?
    A. It's free.
     
  3. Q. Do you sell the information in the databases?
    A. No, we do not.
     
  4. Q. I lost or forgot my username and password.
    A. You are a naughty boy or girl. Didn't we tell you to write it down, on paper, and to put it in a safe place? :) If you really, really lost it, then you can send an email to wellness@massageresource.com requesting a new username and password.
     
  5. Q. How do I modify my listing?
    A.

    Step 1. Log into the database. When you do that, the same page reloads, but there's a new text menu near the bottom. The options are...

    | Home | Add | Search | Delete | Modify | List All | Log Off |


    Step 2. Pick the Modify option. A search form appears.

    Step 3. Type your first name (as it appears in your existing listing) into the search box for Therapist's Name

    Step 4. Skip down to the bottom of the page and you'll see two buttons: "Search" and "Reset Form". Pick "Search".

    Step 5. When the page reloads, your record will be loaded into the form and you can make your changes.

    Step 6. When done, you can click the "Modify Record" button at the bottom.
