Just started using a forearm strap in hopes of alleviating pain when I pick up a water pitcher. Works great, pain subsided significantly within 24hrs and after 48hrs the improvement is even more noticable. Now if I can do something for my wrists....

You can... go get a massage! Have the therapist pay special attention to your upper body. Those arms are our tools, enabling us to help others... gotta take care of your best tools weeks! Perhaps try a little contrast therapy? Essential oils? Whatever brings you some relief! Rest is important! Take care of yourself!
